2.1. Identity and Contact Data

  • First name, last name , email address, phone number
  • Company name, trade name, tax number
  • Profile picture (optional)

2.2. Usage Data

  • IP address, device ID, operating system, and application version.
  • In-app navigation data, preferences and settings
  • Messaging metadata (message contents are stored in encrypted form)

2.3. Commercial Data

  • Product and service listing information (description, price, category, images)
  • Export/import demand information and trade preferences.

2.4. Financial Data

  • In-Platform Service Credit package purchase history and payment transaction references.
  • Billing information (name, address, tax number)

Credit card and debit card information is not stored directly by us; payment transactions are processed through Apple Pay, Google Pay, or authorized payment infrastructures.

 

3. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes and legal grounds:

  • Platform-based Service Credit system and payment processing — KVKK m.5/2-c

4. Transfer of Personal Data

4.1. Domestic Transfers

4.2. International Transfers

  • Google LLC — Gemini AI infrastructure (with the explicit consent of the user)

5. Data Retention Periods

  • Account data: Until account deletion + 3 years (commercial dispute period)
  • Financial transaction records: 10 years (as required by the Tax Procedure Law)
  • Messaging data: Account active period + 1 year
  • Application logs: 6 months

Requests will be answered within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date they are received. Additional documents may be requested for identity verification purposes. The processing of requests is generally free of charge; however, a reasonable fee may apply for excessively repeated requests.

 

8. Cookie Usage

The GoTradeGo mobile app does not use traditional cookies. The app uses local storage ( local cookies) . storage ) and session token ( session) It uses token technologies solely for authentication and recording user preferences.

 

9. Third-Party Services

  • Google Gemini: AI chat feature — Google's Privacy Policy applies.
